A Few Words About Us

LAS Engineering, Inc. opened in 2009 to provide Civil Engineering services to developers and Public Agencies in a challenging economic environment. Linda, PE possesses over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. She’s well-known for her experience with mixed-use, urban infill projects and multifamily developments throughout Southern California.

Linda has worked on many cutting edge projects, including the much anticipated and talked about Hollywood and Vine project located in Hollywood, California. Her involvement in many urban developments has given her an in-depth knowledge of local, county, and state regulatory and permitting requirements.

As President and CEO of LAS Engineering Inc., Linda oversees the preparation of feasibility studies, due diligence reports, preliminary and final engineering plans. Her work also includes grading, drainage, storm drain, sewer, water, subdivision and street improvement plannning. Linda’s primary focus is client satisfaction, which she achieves through exemplary project management, delivering top quality work on schedule and within budget.

Linda enjoys dedicating a good portion of her time to many industry events and organizations, such as The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, where she’s aiding with the Hollywood Walk of Fame 50th Anniversary Maintenance Task Force. Linda also serves on the ULI TOD Marketplace Subcommittee, where she shares ideas with other consultants in the industry about TOD developments.
