Designed by Paul Essick Architects, Bridgeway Mills was designed with a new modernistic approach. This three-story project provides 80 townhome units which can be loft-style units with high ceilings, or converted into a more traditional townhome layout. Each unit included a three car garage, private rooftop deck, and patio.
The project is located in the Fountain Park District of Playa Vista adjacent to Ballona Creek. The architectural design is reminiscent of the lofts in SoHo and San Francisco. Civil engineering services provided for the project included Plot Plan and application processing, preliminary and final engineering plans including precise grading and drainage plans, sewer, water, and storm drain plans.
