This project was one of the first for-sale residential projects completed in the first phase of the master planned community of Playa Vista. Two four story structures are built over a one level subterranean garage and are separated by a common driveway. Each structure depicts a different architectural style. The building facing Pacific Promenade is a 27-unit formal classic Mediterranean style, and the design of the 54-unit building along Sea Walk Drive was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Textile Block houses.

The size of the stacked townhomes range from 1,623 to 2,416 square feet and are situated around landscaped courtyards. Linda A. Siegel, P.E. served as the Senior Project Manger form the initial entitlement to the construction phase of the project while employed at The Keith Companies. Services included Plot Plans and Application Processing, Preliminary Engineering Plans, Final Precise Grading, Sewer, Water and Storm Drain Plans.
