Provided civil engineering services for this 52-Unit condominium project located in the largest infill development in the City of Los Angeles, Playa Vista. Services included research and site evaluation, record plot plan, plot plan application and processing, preliminary engineering, precise grading plan, excavation plan, erosion and sediment control plan, water, sewer and storm drain improvement plans. Construction was completed up to the podium deck when the economic market forced the developer to reconsider the project. Playa Product 650
LAS Engineering is currently providing Project Management and Civil Engineering services for the redesign of this KB project. The project will be redesigned to a three story loft project above the garage structure completed under the former Runway Lofts project. The revision will require a modification to entitle documents. Revised scope of services also includes Preliminary Engineering, Final Engineering, and Engineering Support during Construction.
