Once of the first mixed-use projects in Playa Vista, this project includes four story town homes (Park Houses), 63 residential lofts (The Lofts), and ground floor retail spaces. Civil Engineering services included research and site evaluation, plot plan, plot plan, preliminary engineering, final precise grading plan, excavation plan, erosion and sediment control plan; water, sewer, and storm drain improvement plans. This project was completed in 2001.
