While employed at the Keith Companies, Linda Siegel served as Project Manager for this project in Playa Vista, developed by Intracorp. The project comprises of 116 units including both controlled price and market rate condominiums. The building was designed by Thomas P. Cox Architects and includes flats with eight distinctly different designs. Four levels of condominiums are built over two levels of subterranean parking.

Civil engineering services included Plot Plan application package and plans, processing, condo plans, preliminary and final civil design and engineering construction support. This project was completed in 2005.
